About Reamwise

Reamwise is a small shop that makes spreadsheet templates for landlords. It is run by one person, Dang Dinh Quan, from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Why spreadsheets

A ream is a stack of paper: five hundred sheets. Most of what a landlord needs to know fits on far fewer, if the numbers are in the right place. Reamwise templates are files you own and can change, with no app, login or monthly fee.

How the templates are made

• Every file has a worked example. Each template comes filled with sample numbers and a Sample check tab. The expected answers are worked out separately, outside the spreadsheet, so you can see the formulas are right before you type in your own.
• Plain categories, no promises. The categories are general bookkeeping groups. They are not tied to one country's tax form, and the templates never claim to make your return correct.
• Excel and Google Sheets. One purchase gets you both.

What Reamwise is not

I am not an accountant, a tax adviser or a financial adviser, and nothing on this site is advice. The templates add up the numbers you give them. For decisions about your taxes or investments, ask a qualified professional where you live.
