Refund policy

If a template does not work for you, you get your money back. Email within 30 days of buying.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@reamwise.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used on Gumroad, or forward the receipt.
3. A line on what did not work is welcome, because it helps fix the template, but it is not required.

The refund is made through Gumroad to the card or account you paid with. Gumroad usually shows it within a few days; your bank may take longer to post it.

Bundles

A bundle is refunded in full. If you bought one template and then the bundle within 30 days, email your receipts and you will get back the price of the first template.

A problem with a file

If a file will not open or a formula gives a wrong answer, write in first if you like. Most problems can be fixed with a corrected file the same day, and you keep the right to a refund.

After 30 days

Refunds after that are at Reamwise's discretion. If a template has a real mistake, it will always be fixed and the fixed version sent to you.
