When you will hear back

Usually within two working days. Reamwise is based in Vietnam (UTC+7), so a message sent in the US evening often gets an answer by your next morning.

Help with an order

Please include the email address you used on Gumroad, or forward your Gumroad receipt. That is enough to find your order. You can always download your files again from the link in the receipt.

A formula looks wrong

Tell me which template, which tab and which cell, and what number you expected. A screenshot helps. If it is a mistake in the template, you will get a fixed file and everyone who bought it will get the update.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: email within 30 days and you get your money back.
