Rental Property Bundle
Both rental property spreadsheets together, for less than buying them one by one.
What's inside
Both rental property templates, each in Excel + Google Sheets:
- Rental Property Analysis Spreadsheet: check a property before you buy. Cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and a year-by-year projection with IRR.
- Rental Property Spreadsheet: keep the books after you buy. Rent and expenses for up to ten properties, monthly totals and a year-end tax summary.
Each file comes with sample numbers and a Sample check tab, so you can see the formulas give the right answers before you type in your own.
Who it's for
A good fit if you
- Are buying your first or next rental and will manage the books yourself.
- Want the numbers you used to buy and the numbers you record afterwards in the same style.
Not for you if you
- Only need one of the two. Each one is sold on its own too.
- Need accounting software or tax advice.
How it works
- Download both files. Each one opens with sample numbers.
- Check the samples. Open Sample check in each file and see every row show ✓.
- Use them in order. Analyze a deal first; once you own it, record rent and bills in the other file.
